These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tracker Sports AI platform (“Service”) provided by Tracker Sports AI (“Tracker,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for authorized personnel of athletic departments, professional sports organizations, and their designated agents. You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
Subscription and access
Access to the Service is provided under a subscription agreement between Tracker and your organization. Features, data limits, and support levels are defined in your order form or beta subscription agreement. We may modify features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service, including game film, roster records, and financial data. You grant Tracker a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code or models
- Share account credentials outside your authorized organization
- Upload content you do not have rights to use
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Service
Intellectual property
Tracker retains all rights to the platform, including software, models, algorithms, and documentation. Analytics outputs generated for your program are licensed to you for internal use as defined in your subscription agreement.
Service availability
We target high availability for production deployments. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Beta features may have reduced availability and are provided as-is.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracker's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service provides analytics and intelligence tools — decisions made using Tracker outputs remain your organization's responsibility.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. We will delete retained data per our retention policy unless legally required to preserve it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
